Emails are great, but they tend to get lost or buried in the inbox, so we came up with a chat plugin for VTiger. It allows you to create channels, private & group chats. It’s very easy to use – slides out/in without closing your active page. Chats can also be linked to any record in the CRM and the history can be viewed from the linked record.
It basically replaces the need for skype or any other chat software you might be using. It’s very similar to #Slack.
Chat works as a native app in VTiger allowing to open/close rooms without leaving existing record.
Conversations (chat logs) can be linked to any record(Contact, Lead, Ticket, Invoice, etc..) in VTiger. The conversations can then be viewed and opened with a single click.

VTiger Google Address Lookup is a plugin to efficiently and accurately enter the address using Google Maps services. As you start typing the address, it will show all possible matches closest to your location.
It supports custom address fields, meaning that in the configuration panel you will be able to configure any fields to work as ‘address lookup fields‘. In addition, address lookup can be limited to specific country and it is compatible with both Detail and Edit Views.
Extension comes preconfigured to work with all standard address fields (Billing, Mailing, Shipping, Other, etc..) as well as allows custom address fields to be included in the address lookup.
As soon as the address is being typed – possible matches(using Google API) are displayed for the user to select, which are then autofilled into the remaining address fields (City, State, County, Country, Postal Code)
Google provides more than just an address, meaning that business fields such phone, business name, hours, rating & much more can be mapped into VTiger fields. In addition, addresses can be limited to certain country.
VTiger Kanban View is an extension with which you can easily create dynamic “cards” to visualize your workflow. Each module, e.g. Opportunities, Tickets, Tasks, Projects (or any other module) can be configured to have different sets of fields on the card as well as the “grouping/primary field“. Kanban view is mostly used to collaborate with team and manage sales opportunities, tickets, projects, tasks or any other list of records.

Any listview can be converted into a kanban view. Upon conversion – user will be asked to select columns & fields to show on the tile.
Each filter and view can be converted into kanban view, meaning that if you have “Open Tickets” and “Closed Tickets” filters – you can have 2 separate kanban views with completely different fields on the tiles as well as different columns.

VTiger Automated Backups Extension is designed to allow system administrators to easily backup VTiger Files & Database to a local folder or an off-site FTP.
Backups can be performed manually or scheduled/automated to run every X hours. System admin has full control of where the backups will be stored and who will have access.

Backups can be stored locally (in a specified folder) or uploaded to the FTP(manually and automatically).

VTiger Field Tooltip Manager comes with 2 types of previews: Popup (best used for information containing rich text, images and multiple paragraphs) and Tooltip (regular bubbled text).

Popup – new modal popup opens up with info text.
Tooltip manager supports full HTML on each info text, meaning that images, tables, bullet points and much more can be added to info text.
Configure each field to have info text as well as specify the preview type and use built-in rich text editor to format the text.
It is a very powerful extensions that brings related modules into the primary module screen. Say, if you have an organization and it has 10 tickets – you can configure that all organization’s tickets would be displayed on on the organization edit/detail view, meaning that you will see those tickets as soon as organization is open. You can then add more tickets, edit and modify them.
It supports 2 types of displays: “List” – which will display linked records in Related List manner, and “Block” which will show related records as if they were “blocks” (useful for related records that require to display more than 5-7 fields).
Extension is compatible and blocks/lists can be added from any standard or custom module.
List Type Block is very similar to excel rows and columns, meaning that you can add such list to any module. For example, if you wanted to see all your linked contacts on the organization – you could include contact list on the organization detail/edit view. This would allow you to see all related contacts, edit & add (new rows) contacts while being on organization detail or edit view.
Block type block is very similar to “List Type Block”, however in this case, instead of seeing related record fields as columns, you would see them in the block. Say if you have 3 contacts linked to an organizations and you setup contacts to be Related Block, you would see 3 blocks on organization, one for each contact. Within those blocks, you can edit contact information and add new blocks(contacts).
Related Blocks or List will be displayed on detail, edit and create views with ability to add new rows & edit existing information.
Activity Reminder (Alert/Popup) Extension was designed to calendar reminders similar to outlook. The reminder popup shows up automatically when the activity is due and displays current day’s activities with basic details such as subject, description, related to (contact, lead, organization, etc..) as well as Due In. In addition, built-in Snooze option allow the user to snooze all or individual activity.
We added a shortcut to open the popup manually, which makes it a great tool not only for reminders, but also for viewing activities for the day.
It integrates with standard VTiger activities/events (displays alerts).
It can be configured to alert/popup before the event starts (1min, 10min, 30min, 1hour, 3hour, etc..). It also has an option to disable the popup for certain activities (manually and automatically).
Alert can be triggered automatically (based on your reminder configuration) as well as manually (via shortcut added to the header).
Activities can be snoozed based on user preferences as well as set not to show up in the popup (popup reminder settings).
VTiger Forecast Extension was designed to help manage and predict Organization’s current and future Opportunities. It includes ability to view the entire company’s Opportunities as well as drill down to each Team or User.
It’s intuitive configuration panel is carefully build to allow each Sales Stage to be categorized e.g (Pipeline, Best Case, Committed, Closed, etc.) and Opportunity Type e.g (New Business, Resale, etc.) for more accurate forecast. It also includes ability to specify Targets for each Team/User, and configure periods and personalized dashboards. Thus, you will be able to specify the dates such as range, months, quarters as well as number of periods to be displayed.

Targets can be configured individually, per region or team. You can set target as far as 3 years in advance. Monthly, yearly or quarterly targets can be set.

Payment interface displays the list of all recorded payments for the invoice, includes special calculator (mostly for percentage/partial payment calculations).
Each record payment requires a status and based on each status – invoice balance and received amounts are calculated accordingly.

The only way to assign a record to multiple users is to create a group manually and assign users to it. It’s unique design allows to show and hide the timer within a single click without leaving the page. It also includes the ability to run multiple timers & switch between them. Custom fields, comments, & manual time tracking are also supported.
It integrates with Accounting/Invoicing and allows rates to be specified for each type of “time tracking activity” as well as custom rates per client. It is compatible with Contacts, Organizations, Leads, Tickets, Projects & Opportunities.
Intuitive time tracker widget shows up in the header of each screen and can be expanded and collapsed. Once timer is started, it automatically links time log to the record it started on.

An exceptional VTiger Extension that can allow each user to have his/her own Outgoing Email Server(SMTP). Email server settings can be configured by admin, or each user can do it for him/herself. The extension “VTiger User Summary Report” allows managers to monitor every created or updated record. Receive/Create Asset from Purchase Orderextension is designed to efficiently create new assets based on what is being received from Purchase Order. It’s intuitive popup displays Product Number and Name and adds a row for each qty so the user can put in serial number and receiving notes for each product & qty they are receiving.
In addition, it supports Partial Shipments and prevents duplicate parts to be received. The assets is then created and associated with original Purchase Order, product and the Qty. In Stock gets automatically updated with the qty received.
It integrates with Purchase Orders (that’s where the button is to initiate the receive popup), Assets (automatically links Purchase Orders & creates asset records), Products (updated Qty. In Stock) as the items are received.
It has a popup/form that is used to receive the items and enter the information such as Serial Number and Receiving Notes.
It supports partial shipments, meaning that you can receive partial quantities/items at a time. It’s also smart enough to know what has already been received and prevents duplication.
In addition, it supports Stock updates, meaning that all items received will get “Qty. In Stock” increased automatically.
Profit Calculator Extension calculates the profits using the Product/Service Cost field. The costs can be adjusted, discounts can be applied, and the potential profit will be calculated before you save the record.
In addition, the profit is stored in a standard field which is available for the reporting purposes. The extension also enables the properly converted record to purchase order, carrying over correct product cost.
Profits and Cost fields are displayed on the invoice/quote/order so the user can see exactly what the cost and the profit is.

VTiger Related Record Counts is a time saving extension that would help you to be able to see, at a glance, of how many linked records you have on the record. For instance, you can immediately see open/closed invoices you currently have on the organization, which will be displayed on the related list as “Invoices (14 / 3)“, 14 being open and 3 being closed.
It automatically adds counts of records to each related list.

By default, only the number of records is shown, however in the configuration area – the user can configure to say show something similar to (Paid 2 / Not Paid – 3), meaning that the user can specify condition and name the count.

In the configuration area, the user can create custom count options, meaning that if you have 3 different invoice statuses such as Paid, Not Paid, Partial – you can configure the counts to show similar to “3 / 5 / 1”. In addition you can add colors and formatting.
VTiger Email Tracking Extension enables emails sent via workflow or manually to be tracked, and records when the email was opened and how many times. It allows to trigger follow up notifications (emails to customers or notifications to VTiger agents) based on date/time the email was opened.
It uses a custom module to create a record every time the email is open, which allows user to create reports and see emails open per day/month, emails open per subject/campaign & more.

It can be configured to immediately notify (via email) system administrator of the initiated export. In addition, each export/copy is logged and available for system admin to see and download the exported/copied records.

This extension is the easiest yet most efficient way to get across an important note about a record to another VTiger User/Group. It comes with the feature that lets you create an alert and link it to a record to be displayed to assigned users or groups.
In addition, popup can be set to show up 1 or X times, plus if it should ‘pop‘ or the user should open it manually. Alerts can be deleted, if allowed or can be kept permanently until the Alert creator decides to delete them.
